A New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) listed global manufacture of steel utility poles and irrigation equipment has chosen Malaysia as the centre for its mid size APAC Regional Finance Shared Services Centre (RSSC).
Challenge
To implement the FSSC, in parallel with a new ERP system implementation whilst ensuring business run as usual.

Upon various stakeholder engagement and observation of the current As-Is processes, AGOS has designed To-Be processes incorporating Best Practices within the industry which is applicable to the client.
Concerns from respective stakeholders, particularly from the local entities ways of working, tax & country regulation are being addressed in workshops and follow up sessions.
AGOS team utilises our practitioner experience in addressing these concerns and minimising the "exceptions" put forward by the local entities.
Knowledge transfer and training sessions are well documented utilising technology solutions, on time in full.

The Finance Shared Services Centre was successfully implemented within 9 months.
